Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

If you’re feeling tired of carrying everything on your own, you’re not alone.
Many people I work with are doing their best to push through depression, stress, past experiences, or habits they want to change — yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others. Some come from military or service
backgrounds and are used to staying strong, staying quiet, and handling things internally. Others are questioning their relationship with substances, faith, or purpose, and aren’t sure where to turn without fear of judgment.
I bring 28 years of training and experience integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic therapy, EMDR, Short-term Solution-Focused therapy, Relapse Prevention, and Mindfulness to meet your unique needs. My professional experience includes working in inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient levels of care, in civilian and military settings, as well as serving as a Clinical Supervisor, mentor, and trainer.
For those who desire it, I offer Christian counseling, thoughtfully integrating faith and Biblical principles into therapy in a way that respects your beliefs and questions. Whether faith feels central, uncertain, or simply part of your story, we can honor it in a way that feels right for you.
Therapy with me is a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down and be fully yourself.
If you’re unsure that you are ready to start therapy, just reaching out can start a path toward relief, clarity, and hope. You’re welcome to schedule a no cost, 15-minute phone consultation, so we can get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a low-pressure way to explore your needs and ask questions before starting therapy.
