For over 22 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping couples heal, grow, and fall back in love—often stronger than ever before. As a Certified Advanced IMAGO Relationship Therapist, I specialize in guiding couples out of painful cycles of disconnection and into deeper understanding and intimacy.

I’ve supported couples through just about everything—communication breakdowns, emotional distance, conflict patterns, infidelity, and the everyday wear-and-tear that life places on relationships. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to walk with you.

Before moving into full-time private practice, I served at the Veterans Administration Hospital for many years, working with individuals facing severe mental illness and substance dependency. I was also an adjunct professor at Yale for 8+ years, training and supervising therapists in family and couples therapy.
